To me farming is all about dreams. It is about living your dream or at least creating your dream. For some of us it will remain a dream but to others it is a reality come true.

When my clients bought this farm(two title deeds,203,0023 hectares), not so long ago, they brought their dreams, commitment and guts along and started on a journey of perseverance, hard work and amazing rewards.

This farm is situated on the famous R62, almost at the very start or end of the famous route and neither the scenery nor the ambience lack. Consisting of two title deeds this is a perfect combination of opportunity, scenery and living your dream. This property had nothing but burnt down remains of what use to be a very comfortable home and dilapidated sheds. The current owner renovated the original chicken abattoir and turned it into a cosy, very comfortable little house with everything you need to live comfortably.

Deep ravines at the back of the property provides perfect catchment for water and would be the main source of water for the constant flowing fountains and little stream running into the river.

Although the farm does not have much arable land there are so many other opportunities to explore. With the water at hand it would be reasonable to expand on fynbos, planting and growing specific types and later exporting the beautiful flowers.
